On July 23rd, 2019, the Zhejiang Regional of STEC Shanghai Urban Construction was officially established in Hangzhou.

Against the backdrop of the central governments high-quality promotion of the integrated construction in "Yangtze River Delta", STEC takes the initiative in connecting the national strategy and better serving for regional development with our integrated advantages. To this end, we establish the first regional market headquarters outside the city where the Group base is located. In the future, the regional headquarters will fully coordinate the “planning, consultation, design, investment, construction and operation” resources throughout the industrial chain. It will layout the “9+N” business segment, face the market with a unified brand, and grow into an operation subject of STEC that serves for the key market in the Yangtze River Delta.

By integrating, exerting and enhancing the existing operating resource advantages of each subsidiary in the Yangtze River Delta, the regional headquarters of the Yangtze River Delta will lead all subsidiaries to carry out the operation and service in core cities in the Yangtze River Delta from a higher position. It will maximize the scale of STEC in the regional core market and diversify our business sectors, and provide better value-added services for the whole industry chain of infrastructure in this region.

On December 28th, 2021, Zhongyuan Regional headquarters of Shanghai Urban Construction Group was officially inaugurated in Zhengzhou City of Henan Province.

On July 11th, 2022, the regional headquarters of STEC Shanghai Urban Construction was officially incorporated in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
